Terms And Conditions

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Read and agree to the terms and conditions before making a reservation or placing an order at a restaurant. The terms and conditions set forth the procedures followed by the restaurant as well as any guidelines that patrons are expected to follow. Customers agree to abide by all of the restaurant's stated policies by accepting the terms and conditions.

It is significant to note that restaurants occasionally change their terms and conditions. Before making a reservation or submitting an order, customers are expected to review and familiarize themselves with the most recent policies.

Reservation and Seating Policy

Chinese Express recommends making reservations in advance.

Table reservations will be held for a grace period of 15 minutes. When that time has passed, we might turn the table over to waiting visitors.

It may be necessary for groups with partial parties to wait until their entire party is present before being seated.

Depending on the size of the group and space available, we reserve the right to assign seating.

Dining Experience

To be seated, all diners must be present.

The food on our menu is supposed to be prepared at your table on the available grills. Please heed the safety advice given by our professionals.

Anyone who is disruptive, abusive, or disregards our safety rules may receive service denial from us.

Payment and Pricing

The pricing and payment policy specifies how customers should pay for their meals as well as any additional fees that might be assessed. The majority of restaurants need payment to be made either with cash or a credit card after the meal. A service fee policy, which is a set percentage added to the bill as a staff gratuity, may also be present in some restaurants.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations or reservation changes, kindly give at least 24 hours' notice.

There can be a charge for no-shows or late cancellations.

Privacy

We value your privacy and will manage your personal data in line with any privacy regulations that may be in force.

Your personal information may be gathered and used by us for marketing and service-related reasons. Anytime you want to stop receiving marketing communications, you can.

Liability

In the case that any accidents or events take place on the restaurant's property, the liability policy defines the restaurant's obligations. This covers any harm or property damage that might develop while a consumer is there. A disclaimer noting that the restaurant is not responsible for any lost or stolen things during a customer's visit is often included in the liability policy.

Customers should be aware of the liability policy when dining out, particularly when it comes to consuming alcohol. Restaurants may have rules on serving alcohol and the obligation of both employees and patrons to ensure responsible drinking.

Amendments

Chinese Express reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated Terms and Conditions will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.
